About the role

This is an Operations Assistant position for an automotive boutique business based in Manila, Philippines. The role involves frequent field visits to cooperating 4S stores, direct communication with in-store sales staff, and coordination of boutique sales operations across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Visit Manila cooperation car 4S stores regularly, conduct door-to-door docking with in-store sales staff, communicate business face-to-face, follow up on work, and solve daily sales problems of the store
• Coordinate and assist the daily work of automotive boutique in-store sales in each 4S store
• Synchronize sales policies, follow up on sales progress, and urge store implementation to help enhance boutique sales and service delivery in each store
• Organize sales statements, work desks, store work summary, notices, and business information
• Complete daily text editing, summarization, and archiving work
• Upload information between headquarters and 4S stores, synchronize store problems, sales data and work requirements to ensure smooth operation of multi-store business

About you

• Fluent in both Chinese and English, proficient in spoken and written language, able to independently complete bilingual business communication and document processing
• Basic copywriting skills and document preparation ability, with coherent and clear work approach
• Able to accept regular field work, visit each cooperation 4S shop, and adapt to working outside the office
• Cheerful personality, strong communication and coordination ability, strong sense of responsibility, and high execution capability
• Experience in automotive industry, 4S shop operation, and boutique sales docking preferred; no experience can be cultivated
