About the Position

Miami PSPI is seeking a professional, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our customers remotely. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information and helpful solutions to customer questions.
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
• Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team members to support daily business operations.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email and online applications.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace at home.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Professional attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not necessarily required.

Work Environment

This is a remote position performed from home. Successful candidates must be able to communicate effectively online, maintain productivity, and meet assigned responsibilities and deadlines.

Compensation

The advertised compensation range is $28.00–$38.84 per hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and the actual compensation structure for the position.
