URGENT HIRING – WordPress Developer (AI-Powered / Vibe Coder)

About the Role

We are looking for a WordPress Developer who knows how to leverage modern AI tools to build websites faster, smarter, and more efficiently.

This role is ideal for developers who are comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, and other AI-assisted development tools while still understanding WordPress fundamentals and best practices.

Most of our work involves:

• Building WordPress websites from Figma or reference designs
• Customizing themes and plugins
• Landing page creation
• Blog and content publishing
• Website maintenance and updates
• AI-assisted development workflows
• Performance optimization and troubleshooting

We’re looking for builders who can take ownership, solve problems independently, and deliver high-quality work quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Build and customize WordPress websites.
• Convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress pages.
• Create landing pages using Elementor, Gutenberg, or similar builders.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development and content workflows.
• Install and configure themes and plugins.
• Perform website updates, modifications, and maintenance.
• Optimize website speed, SEO, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot bugs and technical issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, designers, and content teams.

Required Skills:

• Experience with WordPress development.
• Strong understanding of WordPress themes and plugins.
• Experience with Elementor and/or Gutenberg.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or similar.

Preferred Skills:

• WooCommerce experience.
• Basic React or Next.js knowledge.
• Basic Laravel knowledge.
• SEO and performance optimization experience.
• Experience with hosting, cPanel, Cloudflare, or website migrations.
