Marketing Assistant - ELVDI

Job Description:

ELVDI is looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing Assistant to support the promotion of our products and brands, assist our Sales team in generating business opportunities, and help expand ELVDI’s visibility among systems integrators and channel partners nationwide.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create marketing materials, product flyers, announcements, and promotional content.
• Manage content for the company website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Viber, and other digital platforms.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, product promotions, events, seminars, and roadshows for assigned brands.
• Work closely with its Brand Managers to support product marketing and Sales initiatives.
• Assist in expanding ELVDI’s reach among systems integrators and channel partners nationwide.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers and maintain marketing records.
• Monitor campaign results, digital engagement, and marketing inquiries; prepare periodic reports.
• Suggest creative marketing ideas and perform other related marketing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in marketing; fresh graduates with relevant skills may apply.
• Good writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and Canva or similar design tools.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with Sales and Brand Managers.
