• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Process orders, returns, payments, and other transactions with precision and attention to detail.
• Follow call center protocols to ensure high-quality service and uphold excellent phone etiquette.

Experience

• Previous call center experience or customer support roles demonstrating strong communication skills.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse client base effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume outbound calling and inbound customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry tasks, and basic troubleshooting.
• Excellent writing skills for clear documentation and client communication.
