Job Description
Must-have profile
10+ years in software engineering and architecture, several as an enterprise or solution architect owning high-volume transactional systems end to end
Deep AWS cloud-native expertise: containers, serverless, event-driven patterns, API management, relational and NoSQL stores, and security and cost controls
Strong data and analytics architecture: canonical and semantic models, warehouse or lakehouse (e.g., Snowflake ), operational vs. analytical data split, adapter patterns, and comfort working where data and engineering teams meet
Proven legacy modernization in production, using strangler or incremental-migration approaches rather than big-bang
Security and compliance by design, ideally in a regulated industry (lending, fintech, banking, insurance)
Nice-to-haves
Salesforce architecture at scale
Modern lending or core-banking platforms (Mambu or similar)
Runtime modernization (e.g., PHP major-version uplift) and monolith-to-microservice decomposition
Credit-decisioning ecosystem knowledge: Experian, LexisNexis, Plaid, cash-flow providers, model deployment and model-risk governance.
