Multi-Site Retail Manager, Luxury Pet Stores (London)

• Pet Pavilion has been there for London’s best-loved dogs and cats, and the people who adore them, since 1995. We’re a family-run business with six stores and grooming salons: Chelsea – Kings Road, Chelsea – Marketplace, Gloucester Road, Kensington Church Street, Chiswick and Primrose Hill.

We’re looking for an experienced Multi-Site Retail Manager to join us full time. You won’t be tied to one shop; you’ll move between our six stores, stepping in wherever you’re needed most and keeping every store running to the same high standard.

This is a hands-on role for someone who leads from the shop floor. Our customers expect a five-star welcome in every store; you’ll set that standard and help each team keep it every day.

What you’ll do

• Work across all six stores on a planned weekly schedule, with flexibility for cover at short notice
• Lead, coach and motivate retail teams in each store
• Make sure opening, closing, cashing up and EPOS procedures are followed consistently everywhere
• Deliver outstanding, personal service to a loyal, high-end clientele
• Keep every shop floor immaculate, with strong visual merchandising and stock presentation
• Spot stock gaps and support reordering alongside our merchandising and warehouse teams
• Track store performance, drive sales and feed back on what each store needs
• Work closely with our grooming salons so retail and grooming customers get one seamless experience

What we’re looking for

• At least two years’ management or supervisory experience in retail; multi-site or luxury retail experience is a real advantage
• A natural with people, confident with customers and calm under pressure
• Organised, adaptable and comfortable taking ownership in different stores
• Happy travelling between locations across London every week
• A love of animals (dogs in the shop are part of the job)
• Availability to work weekends on a rota

Full time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent
Regular overtime available
Pay: £15.00 per hour (travel between stores paid)
