About PC Power
PC Power International Ltd provides managed IT services, physical security systems and communications solutions to commercial property and business clients.
We are looking for a commercially minded account manager who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities and winning business. You will take ownership of an established client portfolio, grow those accounts and develop a focused pipeline of new customers.
You will bring an established professional network and the ability to develop those relationships into legitimate introductions and business opportunities.
This is a hands-on role in a small business, with direct access to senior management and technical support when developing solutions. You will report to the Operations Director and work closely with the Managing Director on commercial strategy and major opportunities.
What you will do
Manage and develop existing client relationships
- Become the main commercial contact for your accounts, maintaining regular contact through meetings and site visits.
- Manage renewal discussions and identify changes to clients’ buildings, sites or requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and technical colleagues to address service concerns and ensure commitments can be delivered.
Grow existing accounts
- Identify opportunities for additional sites, service upgrades and complementary services.
- Develop proposals for managed IT support, CCTV, access control and related solutions, supported by our technical team.
- Follow opportunities through from initial discussion to quotation, negotiation and agreement.
Win new business
- Use your professional network, referrals and targeted prospecting to build qualified opportunities.
- Develop relationships with decision-makers in commercial property, facilities management and other suitable business sectors.
- Focus on opportunities with clear commercial value, including multi-site and multi-device customers.
- Prepare proposals and tender responses, and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
Support our commercial activity
- Maintain clear account plans, contact records and renewal dates.
- Help develop case studies, service information and straightforward sales materials.
- Report on progress, opportunities and risks.
What we are looking for
- Experience in B2B account management or business development within managed IT services or a closely related technology business.
- An established professional network within commercial property, facilities management, managed IT or related sectors, with relationships you can legitimately develop into business opportunities.
- A track record of growing accounts or winning profitable new business.
- Confidence discussing IT support agreements and recurring services with non-technical decision-makers.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including clear proposals and confident sales conversations.
- Good organisation, commercial judgement and the ability to work independently.
- Availability for regular client visits in London and travel further afield when required.
Experience with CCTV, access control, commercial property clients or tender submissions would be useful. Our technical team will support detailed solution design.
What we offer
- £34,000 to £38,000 basic salary experience depended.
- Performance-related bonus linked to measurable commercial results. The detailed scheme will be explained during recruitment and agreed in writing before an offer is made.
- An established client portfolio with opportunities for further development.
- Direct access to decision-makers and support from our technical team.
- A London Bridge office base, hybrid working and regular client visits.

Candidates must disclose during recruitment any contractual restrictions that could affect their start date or ability to perform the role, including non-compete, non-solicitation or non-dealing restrictions.
