Evox is looking for a Senior SQL/Python Developer to work with one of our clients.
We are seeking an experienced developer to build, maintain, and optimize data solutions using SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, and Python. The role focuses on development, data integration, reporting, troubleshooting, and performance optimization across operational and data warehouse systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SQL Server code, including queries, stored procedures, functions, and views.
- Develop, support, and maintain SSIS packages and ETL processes.
- Write and maintain Python code for data-related solutions.
- Support reporting, data migration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
- Provide development and QA support for data solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with SQL Server 2017/2019/2022.
- Advanced knowledge of T-SQL and stored procedures.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS and ETL processes.
- Experience developing with Python.
- Familiarity with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
- Experience with operational databases and data warehouses.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
- AWS or Azure experience.
- Oracle PL/SQL or Informatica.
- Experience with AI code-generation tools for SQL or PowerShell.
- Familiarity with workload automation, ServiceNow, and change management.
