About The Role

You will join our established Merchant Services Support team, an experienced group with proven processes, strong training and colleagues ready to help from day one. As a bilingual representative, you’ll support our Engihlish-and Spanish-speaking merchants and sales agents. You’ll make sure their payment equipment is set up correctly, working smoothly and backed by excellent service. This is a fully remote position.

What You’ll Do

• Answer high volume of inbound support calls and requests in English and Spanish
• Make outbound calls to follow up with merchants and resolve their open requests
• Deploy, install, and reprogram payment equipment for new and existing merchants
• Review merchant files in our CRM to confirm accurate setup and installation
• Create POS/VAR Sheets
• Support merchants and sales agents with general questions and troubleshooting
• Work with internal departments and vendors so every merchant activates smoothly and stays supported
• Take on other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

• Fluency in English and Spanish, spoken and written (Required)
• 2+ years of experience in a technical or customer support role (Required)
• 1+ years of experience in the merchant services industry (Required)
• Hands-on experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, including staying calm and helpful with escalated calls
• Strong organization, attention to detail and time management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Flexibility to work a varying schedule, including some after-hours support
• A reliable home workspace with high-speed internet
• An associate’s degree or equivalent technical training is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $27.00 per hour, depending on experience
