Job Description

Parker Café London is looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on manager to oversee our four locations. The main priority is to increase sales, attract new customers, improve profitability and ensure smooth daily operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Increase Sales: Develop strategies to grow revenue, attract customers, introduce promotions and improve upselling.
• Business Development: Build relationships with local offices and businesses to increase catering and corporate orders.
• Multi-Site Management: Oversee daily operations, customer service, cleanliness and performance across all four locations.
• Purchasing: Manage all Albion orders, Food Republic food purchasing and other supplier requirements.
• Hands-On Shopping: Personally visit wholesalers, supermarkets and suppliers to purchase and collect stock when necessary.
• Stock Control: Ensure all locations are fully stocked, minimise wastage, negotiate supplier prices and control costs.
• Staff Management: Supervise, motivate and train staff, manage rotas and improve productivity.
• Financial Performance: Monitor sales, purchasing costs and profitability, set targets and provide weekly performance reports.

Requirements

• Experience in café, coffee shop or hospitality management.
• Proven ability to increase sales and improve business performance.
• Strong leadership, purchasing and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel between all four locations and undertake hands-on duties.
• Must be willing to use their own vehicle for business-related shopping, collections and travel between locations.

Annual Performance Bonus

AN END-OF-YEAR PERFORMANCE BONUS WILL BE AWARDED BASED ON INCREASED SALES, REVENUE GROWTH AND OVERALL BUSINESS PERFORMANCE ACROSS ALL FOUR LOCATIONS, SUBJECT TO AGREED TARGETS.

APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE SATISFACTORY REFERENCES FROM THEIR PREVIOUS EMPLOYERS. REFERENCES FROM PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT POSITIONS ARE STRONGLY PREFERRED.

We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded manager who takes ownership, drives sales growth and helps expand Parker Café London.

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
