Client Care Assistant + Content Creator

We’re a photo and film studio for weddings and families, known for work that is cinematic but real and editorial with heart. Couples book us in LA, San Francisco, Chicago, Austin, Miami and New York, and our service is part of the luxury: clear communication, every detail handled, nothing to chase.

We’re hiring a Client Care Assistant who is also a natural content creator. This role is half work, half content. You’ll own our client inbox, and you’ll film the behind-the-scenes of how a luxury wedding studio actually runs.

What you’ll do (work)

• Answer client emails quickly, warmly and in our voice, from first inquiry to final delivery
• Keep couples updated on timelines, questionnaires, payments and gallery dates
• Flag anything urgent to the team so nothing slips
• Keep notes and tasks tidy in our project tools (Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack)

What you’ll do (content)

• Film behind-the-scenes videos of your day: inbox wins, client moments, the details that make a wedding feel effortless
• Hit a set weekly minimum of videos across two brand accounts on every major platform: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, Pinterest and Threads
• Spot trends early and turn them into content that feels like us, not like everyone else

The details

• Fully remote, anywhere in the US
• Part-time, flexible hours
• $10 to $15 per hour, based on experience
• All you need is a phone, a laptop and good Wi-Fi
