.Net Developer

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex web applications using modern .NET technologies and related frameworks
• Develop and maintain scalable solutions that support healthcare workflows, including claims processing and member and provider data management
• Create and optimize database logic using SQL Server, including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Develop and manage data integration solutions using Microsoft SSIS
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product owners, business analysts, and quality assurance professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Lead and support Agile development practices, contributing to sprint planning, execution, and continuous improvement
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to ensure adherence to coding standards and development best practices
• Identify opportunities to improve development processes and implement innovative technical solutions
• Conduct technical evaluations to enhance system performance and reliability
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Ensure software quality, security, and compliance with industry standards

Required Experience and Skills

• 7 or more years of experience in software development
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, VB.NET, MVC, Angular, SQL, and Entity Framework
• Hands-on experience in web application development
• Deep understanding of healthcare systems, including claims workflows, member and provider data, and EDI 837 transactions
• Advanced experience working with SQL Server, including query development and database optimization
• Practical experience with Microsoft SSIS for data integration and ETL processes
• Experience working in Agile environments with the ability to guide team members and support delivery goals
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while mentoring and supporting less experienced team members
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
