Senior .NET Developer

**Senior .NET Developer Healthcare**

We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on development experience and a background working with healthcare systems and data. This person will work across the full development lifecycle, with a particular focus on applications involving claims, member, and provider data. The ideal candidate has deep experience with C#/.NET, SQL Server, and SSIS, along with the ability to lead technically, mentor other developers, and collaborate effectively within a Scrum environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and software solutions using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC, and related Microsoft technologies
• Work with healthcare data and systems, including claims processing, member/provider data, and EDI 837 submissions
• Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and database processes
• Build and maintain SSIS packages for ETL and data integration
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Lead and mentor developers while promoting strong coding standards and development best practices
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and support the team throughout the development lifecycle
• Identify opportunities to improve application performance, development processes, and overall technical quality
• Ensure solutions meet appropriate quality, security, and industry standards
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• C# / .NET / .NET Core
• ASP.NET
• MVC
• SQL Server
• Entity Framework
• Microsoft SSIS
• Angular
• VB.NET
• Strong experience developing web applications
• Healthcare technology experience, specifically working with claims, member and provider data
• Experience with EDI 837 healthcare transactions
• Strong SQL skills, including queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization
• Experience with ETL and data integration using SSIS
• Experience mentoring and supporting other software developers
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative Agile/Scrum team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Growth mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and developing others

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• 7+ years of relevant professional software development experience
