Duties

• Assist in designing and implementing eye-catching merchandising displays that align with brand standards and marketing strategies
• Support the creation of store layouts and planograms using tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite to optimize product placement and customer flow
• Collaborate with team members to arrange visual merchandising displays and manage inventory control procedures effectively
• Contribute to branding efforts by ensuring all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines across multiple retail locations
• Help manage store merchandising operations, including pricing adjustments, stock replenishment, and inventory management
• Participate in the development of marketing materials such as illustrations, layouts, and promotional displays using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Maintain organized records of display setups, planograms, and visual design projects while supporting team leadership in daily store operations

Skills

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Node.js is highly desirable for creating detailed layouts and visual concepts
• Strong understanding of branding principles, visual design, merchandising display arrangement, and store layout management
• Experience with retail store operations including inventory control, pricing strategies, cash handling, and retail math
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and convey creative ideas clearly
• Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases and supporting international branding efforts
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
• Background in interior design or fashion retail enhances your ability to craft compelling visual stories within retail environments
• Knowledge of retail merchandising procedures such as planogram development and display design ensures consistency across locations

Pay: $24.25 - $29.21 per hour
