Role Overview
As a Lead Software Engineer – Front End, you will own the front-end architecture and engineering practices for a multi-tenant SaaS
platform used by multiple investment clients. You will define technical strategy, lead architecture decisions, build scala ble UI
systems, and mentor a team of engineers while delivering rich experiences in React and React Native. You’ll ensure the product
remains performant, accessible, and easily themable across tenants while driving technical excellence and innova tion.

Roles and Responsibilities
Architecture & technical leadership
Lead the design and evolution of front-end architecture for web and mobile, with strong support for multitenant theming, configuration, and scalability.
Define and maintain a shared component library/design system for consistent experiences across tenants and surfaces.
Establish front-end standards, best practices, and technical guidelines for the engineering organization.
Design and implement micro-frontend strategies for large-scale application decomposition (Module Federation, SingleSPA, or equivalent).
Drive performance optimization, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+), and security practices across all front-end applications.
Evaluate and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve developer productivity and user experience.
Lead technical design reviews and architecture decisions; ensure alignment with product and business goals.
Hands-on engineering
Implement advanced features (complex forms, analytics dashboards, real-time updates, data visualizations) in React and React Native.
Build sophisticated layouts using CSS Grid and Flexbox; design and implement reusable grid components (MUI Grid/DataGrid, AG Grid, React Table, etc.) for rich tabular and dashboard experiences.
Build reusable, scalable components and patterns that support multi-tenant requirements.
Integrate securely with backend APIs, handling auth, role-based access, tenant context, and error handling on the client.
Implement advanced state management solutions for complex application state across multiple tenants.
Build responsive and adaptive UIs that work seamlessly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Implement progressive web app (PWA) features for enhanced mobile experiences.

Quality, performance, and observability
Write and maintain comprehensive unit/integration/E2E tests; enforce code quality and testing standards.
Profile and optimize performance (code splitting, lazy loading, memoization, virtualization) and help define SLIs/SLOs for frontend experiences.
Establish monitoring, logging, and error tracking practices for front-end applications.
Debug and resolve complex technical isues; optimize performance bottlenecks.

DevOps and cloud
Design and improve front-end CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins + SonarQube) for micro-frontend repos, ensuring fast feedback, quality
gates, and safe deployments.
Lead AWS deployment strategies (CDN, caching, environment configuration, monitoring) for global multi-tenant usage.

Leadership & collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of front-end engineers; provide technical guidance, code reviews, and career development.
Participate in hiring, onboarding, and team building; help scale the front-end engineering organization.
