About the Role

The company is looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to improve and expand its customer-facing product. This role is suited to an engineer who values frontend craftsmanship, product quality, and thoughtful design. You will work closely with product and design teams to build polished user experiences while helping shape frontend architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, customer-facing interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to bring new product experiences to life.
• Help define frontend architecture, reusable patterns, and engineering standards.
• Take ownership of meaningful product areas from development through delivery.
• Contribute to technical decisions that support the team’s continued growth.
• Maintain a strong focus on user experience, visual details, and overall product quality.
• Develop solutions that balance performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• A strong understanding of UI/UX principles and attention to design quality.
• Experience building production-grade, customer-facing applications.
• Ability to make sound architectural decisions with scalability and maintainability in mind.
• A product-focused approach to engineering, with an emphasis on user experience and ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a startup or big tech environment.
• Familiarity with Redux, Python, Django, or PostgreSQL.
• Experience in financial services or fintech.

Remote.

Salary & Compensation

Compensation of up to $230,000, plus equity.
