What you’ll do

• Review and redline MSAs and NDAs using established playbooks and company positions

• Assess DPAs and other commercial agreements for legal and commercial concerns

• Determine the appropriate company position and fallback outcome for contract provisions

• Explain proposed redlines and revisions in clear written legal analysis

Who this is for

• Hold a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and maintain active admission to a bar in a U.S. jurisdiction

• At least four years handling transactional matters, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts

• Strong familiarity with provisions covering limitation of liability, indemnification, confidentiality and data protection, plus the ability to express complex legal points in clear, actionable written analysis

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
