What you’ll do

• Build and assess biology and computational biology workflows for AI benchmarking

• Analyze NGS and RNA-seq datasets and assess the results

• Check pipeline settings and use statistical methods to assess accuracy and reproducibility

• Document findings and recommend improvements to AI models and tools for biology

Who this is for

• A PhD in a related STEM field, including biology, bioinformatics, computational biology or genomics; equivalent industry or research experience also qualifies

• Expertise in an area such as genomics; transcriptomics; proteomics; molecular and cell biology; systems biology; computational pharmacology; or biostatistics applied to biology

• Hands-on work analyzing biological data; strong quantitative reasoning and statistical judgment; Python and/or R proficiency; English at C1 level or higher for professional written and spoken communication

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $45–$90 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
