Job Description
• $90–$130 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of AI learning tools, on your own schedule, and get paid for the educational expertise you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real education professionals. The teams building them need people who can create realistic learning and assessment tasks, judge whether AI content supports genuine understanding, write the answer or educational material a skilled practitioner would provide, and explain exactly where the content falls short. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of AI learning tools. This is that work, done remotely around your current job.
What you’ll do
• Review quizzes and tutoring materials for academic accuracy and how well they teach the stated learning objectives
• Apply and improve scoring rubrics and grading criteria to judge whether a learning activity builds lasting understanding
• Evaluate or create visual, interactive, and multimodal resources for learners with different needs
• Give content teams targeted feedback on academic rigor, fit for the learner, and educational value so they can improve their resources
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $90–$130 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier AI learning tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most education professionals will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping education, and the people who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute
Who this is for
• Relevant experience from K-12, higher education, or edtech, such as teaching, assessment, learning science, or instructional design
• Experience designing, evaluating, or delivering interactive educational media, formative assessments, quizzes, or tutoring
• Fluent English, strong writing and speaking skills, and sound judgment about academic accuracy, learner fit, and educational value
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $90–$130 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
