What you’ll do

• Build realistic deal scenarios, corporate hypotheticals and research memos covering M&A and governance

• Review AI-generated analysis of transaction documents and assess its accuracy under US corporate law

• Write a clear corporate-law response that a practicing attorney would give, correcting any legal errors

• Call out unclear language, legal risk and drafting weaknesses, while helping set quality standards for the training work

Who this is for

• Be in good standing with a license to practice law that is active in one or more US jurisdictions

• Have worked in corporate law for 3 to 10+ years at a substantive level, in areas such as M&A, securities, corporate governance, commercial contracts or private financings

• Bring hands-on experience preparing and negotiating purchase agreements, governance instruments and financing documents, along with professional fluency in English and clear written reasoning

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
