Your judgment helps these systems handle contracts, transactions and complex legal arguments more accurately. This is expert legal work done remotely around your current practice.

What you’ll do

• Review corporate documents from merger and acquisition matters and private equity transactions

• Assess complex commercial litigation scenarios and identify the governing rules and procedural steps

• Evaluate AI-generated legal reasoning and issue spotting against sound legal analysis

• Annotate and explain how AI interprets deal documents and other legal instruments for use in legal AI training

Who this is for

• Be actively licensed as a lawyer in the United States

• Have current or recent experience within the past three years at a top-tier BigLaw firm, handling matters such as private equity, capital markets, commercial litigation, mergers and acquisitions or other high-value transactions

• Have handled legal instruments and complex agreements from initial drafting through review and negotiation, with professional fluency in English

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
