What you’ll do

• Redline MSAs, NDAs, DPAs and other commercial contracts

• Identify material legal and commercial issues in limitation of liability and indemnification provisions

• Decide preferred company positions and acceptable fallback language during contract negotiations

• Explain clearly how each redline or revision addresses the relevant legal or business concern

Who this is for

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and active admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction

• At least four years of transactional practice at a law firm or in-house

• Substantial experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, with professional fluency in English

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.

• $90–$110 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
