What you’ll do

• Design realistic coding tasks covering feature work and bug fixes

• Build reference solutions and automated checks that accept correct code and reject incorrect code

• Write code examples and debugging guidance in supported programming languages

• Review code submissions across large codebases, identifying bugs and assessing performance issues

Who this is for

• Strong hands-on expertise in at least one of Python, Java, Rust, Go, C++, TypeScript or a similar programming language

• Experience in backend development, including services and APIs built to scale

• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, familiarity with test automation and code review, and clear technical documentation and communication in English

• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
