• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop estimates, budgets, quantity takeoffs, and bid proposals.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and project documentation.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify scope gaps and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with clients, design teams, and trade partners.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, quality, and overall performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction project management, estimating, or both.
• Strong understanding of construction budgets, subcontractor coordination, and project execution.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
