Remote Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) - Licensed P&C

McDonough Family Insurance Agency is an Allstate exclusive agency based in Las Vegas, built on one idea: Superior Protection One Family at a Time. We’re building the captive agency of the future, with a licensed, accountable team that serves customers in person, in a virtual office, and in more than one language.

THE ROLE

This is a bilingual position that owns the agency’s service line. You take every inbound service call during business hours, so no customer waits on hold or goes to voicemail. Between calls, you do the work that keeps families protected and with the agency, and you write the coverage each household is missing.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Answer inbound service calls: billing, policy changes, ID cards, lienholder and mortgagee requests, and claims guidance

• Find the coverage each household is missing, then quote and write it: home, renters, umbrella, or another auto

• Make protection review, pre-cancellation, cancellation, and renewal calls

• Keep same-day notes on every contact

WHAT YOU BRING

• Fully bilingual, spoken and written

• Active Nevada Property & Casualty license (resident or nonresident), or the ability to get a nonresident license before starting

• At least 2 years in an insurance carrier or agency service role

• Comfort writing business. When you see a coverage gap, you quote it and write it.

• A quiet, private workspace with hardwired internet (50/5 Mbps minimum)

PAY: WHAT YOU CAN EARN

• Base pay: $25.00/hr ($52,000/yr)

• With $500/mo commission: $27.88/hr effective ($58,000/yr)

• With $1,000/mo commission: $30.77/hr effective ($64,000/yr)

You earn commission on every policy you write, plus monthly milestone bonuses at 10, 15, and 20 items. That works out to $500-$1,000 a month in potential commission. Figures assume 40 hours a week, 52 weeks a year. Commission is not guaranteed.
