Job Description
About the job
Our client is a leading, institutional-grade financial technology and digital infrastructure enterprise (1,000+ employees) modernizing intelligent financial workflows, automated risk compliance, and enterprise AI-driven market intelligence solutions. We are seeking an ambitious, highly strategic Associate AI Product Manager (2–4 years experience) to drive their machine learning product lifecycle efforts. This associate-level role is a high-impact career accelerator, focusing on end-to-end product requirements (PRDs), model deployment optimization, and cross-functional financial feature strategy.
Why Join Us
- Product Leadership Track: Benefit from clear avenues to roadmap ownership and ongoing strategic development coaching from senior product executives and fintech veterans.
- Autonomous Feature Ownership: Move rapidly from concept design to high-impact execution, leading the continuous deployment of core AI modules, API capabilities, and financial analytics dashboards.
- Cutting-Edge Fintech Stack: Work daily with premier collaborative tech configurations and modern product/data ecosystems (Jira, Confluence, Figma, Amplitude, Snowflake, and advanced LLM orchestration infrastructures).
Responsibilities
- PRD Strategy & Feature Execution: Author and own comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and roadmaps that translate complex financial workflows—such as automated fraud detection, algorithmic risk analysis, or conversational financial assistants—into high-performing engineering backlogs.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner daily with AI Research Scientists, Data Engineers, and Backend Developers to navigate complex technical trade-offs, optimize token/model latency constraints, and ensure predictable feature delivery timelines.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Direct the product validation process by analyzing feature usage metrics via Amplitude/Mixpanel, tracking model prediction accuracy, and translating user behavioral insights into continuous prompt or product iterations.
- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Collaborate with internal risk, compliance, and legal stakeholders to ensure that deployed AI models adhere to strict global financial security frameworks, data privacy rules (GDPR/CCPA), and fintech compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Quantitative Economics, Data Science, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven professional software product management experience, specifically within financial technology, machine learning platforms, or enterprise digital banking ecosystems.
- Technical Tooling: Solid understanding of machine learning/LLM capabilities (fine-tuning, prompt engineering, vector databases) paired with high proficiency utilizing agile management software (Jira/Confluence) and data manipulation tools (SQL).
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in English and either Korean, Mandarin, or Japanese is highly preferred and will be heavily utilized given our deeply integrated global client portfolio.
- Mindset: Highly analytical, receptive to tactical business critique, and possessing an empathetic approach to solving financial user friction and complex data visualizational workflows.
