GenAI-Assisted Full Stack Developer (Java, ReactJS, PostgreSQL)

Fully Remote Based - EU

09:00–17:00 CET/Europe-Berlin business hours

Working proficiency in German is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain modern ReactJS applications and Java-based backend services.
• Deliver complete product features, from business requirements through implementation, testing, deployment, and support.
• Build and maintain REST APIs, database solutions, and automated tests.
• Ensure pricing calculations remain accurate, scalable, and auditable across complex business scenarios.
• Analyse and resolve edge cases relating to calculations, effective dates, permissions, approvals, and data quality.
• Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot CI/CD pipeline issues, and address production support requirements.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous product improvements.
• Apply GenAI-assisted development techniques to improve productivity, code quality, and delivery speed.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with GenAI-Assisted Development .
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot .
• Strong frontend development experience using ReactJS and TypeScript .
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and relational database design.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, and CI/CD processes.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AI-Native Engineering practices.
• Knowledge of Flyway for database migrations.
• Experience writing specifications using Gherkin .
• Test automation experience with Playwright .
• Strong SQL skills.
