Meta Ads & Lead Generation Specialist (Video Editing & Landing Pages)

Overview:

Our client is looking for a dedicated Meta Ads & Lead Generation Specialist (Video Editing & Landing Pages) to drive lead generation for a fast-growing digital marketing business focused on the life insurance industry. The role involves managing, building, optimizing, and scaling campaigns across 40+ client ad accounts to deliver consistent results as the business continues to expand. You will also create video content, develop and maintain lead generation websites and landing pages, and work closely with the founder in a high-trust, high-impact role. As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to advance into a senior position, establish scalable systems, and mentor future team members.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 3:00 AM - 8:00 AM ET and 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET | With a 1-hour unpaid break (48 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize multiple client Meta ad accounts to drive consistent lead generation
• Set up and configure Facebook ad campaigns tailored to each client’s target audience
• Monitor ad performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments to improve results
• Create and edit video content to support ad campaigns and marketing efforts
• Build and maintain client-facing landing pages and lead generation websites
• Assist with onboarding new client ad accounts as the business scales

Must-Have Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook) and Business Suite
• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and paid social advertising
• Video editing skills for creating marketing content
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Bonus if you have experience building landing pages or lead generation websites using platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar tools
• It helps if you have prior experience working within CRM platforms or proprietary marketing systems
• Bonus if you have exposure to digital marketing within the life insurance or financial services industry
