It focuses on developing advanced AI solutions including generative AI, agentic systems, and large language models to solve complex problems and drive innovation in distributed and cloud environments.
About the Opportunity:
The AI ENGINEER role involves designing, building, and deploying scalable AI solutions that leverage generative AI, agentic systems, and large language models. This position contributes to advancing autonomous decision-making systems and enhancing AI-driven features that support the organization’s mission. The role is critical for translating business needs into functional AI models and ensuring their deployment and monitoring in cloud and distributed settings.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making, tool use, and multi-step task execution
- Implement end-to-end AI/ML and generative AI projects from business understanding to deployment and monitoring
- Develop LLM-based features such as retrieval-augmented generation with citations, text summarization, and embedding pipelines
- Design and optimize prompts for large language models using prompt engineering techniques
- Work with large language models like Claude, GPT, Gemini, and Llama via APIs or cloud platforms
- Evaluate and test generative AI features including building test sets, citation checks, scoring, and production quality monitoring

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering experience, including demonstrable work with large language models
- Experience building agentic AI systems or strong knowledge of agent architectures and frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Strands, or AutoGen
- Working knowledge of the modern LLM stack including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and structured outputs
- Experience in machine learning and AI areas such as classification, clustering, anomaly detection, sentiment analysis, and natural language processing tasks
- Capability to critically assess AI/ML system design, including model selection and deployment considerations
- Experience evaluating AI/ML systems for accuracy and hallucinations
- Proficiency in Python, iPython notebooks, and SQL
- Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to learn new tools quickly and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
