Job Description
Cocient connects experienced software engineers with the AI labs building frontier models. Experts on Cocient work remotely, on their own schedule, on some of the most cutting-edge problems in AI.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Teach frontier AI models how experienced engineers really build software: architecture, trade-offs and debugging
- Give models realistic, production-style problems and critique their solutions the way you would in a code review
- Help shape the coding tools that developers will increasingly rely on
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Substantial professional software engineering experience
- Strong command of one or more major programming languages, plus system design, testing and debugging
- Clear, precise written English
- A degree in computer science or a related field, or open-source contributions, is a plus
