About the Opportunity:

The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE supports the distribution services by ensuring accurate order fulfillment and resolving customer inquiries. This role is critical for maintaining high-quality customer interactions and coordinating across teams to provide timely service. It can be performed remotely or from the office.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary contact for customers, sales representatives, and business partners via phone and email.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and provide professional responses.
• Process and research customer orders, monitor fulfillment, and use SAP and related applications.
• Track shipments and resolve issues related to delivery, shortages, or damages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address fulfillment challenges and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Two to three years of customer service experience; distribution or order fulfillment experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and customer support email systems.
• Ability to learn multiple systems and apply procedures to resolve issues.
• Experience with SAP and MARC is a plus.
• Familiarity with ticketing, case management, or CRM platforms preferred.
• Professional and empathetic phone presence.
• Attention to detail in processing orders and documenting interactions.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous but not required.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary for this position is $45,225 per year.
• Eligible for bonus or profit sharing based on company results.
