Remote Entry Level Financial Professional

Crown Legacy helps families understand financial strategies and make informed decisions about protecting their futures and legacies. We are seeking a proactive, dependable individual who communicates clearly, follows through, and enjoys helping others.

About the Role

This is a client-facing insurance sales role involving outreach, virtual appointments, needs assessments, product education, and ongoing follow-up. You will help clients understand available coverage and support them through the application process. Activities must remain within your licensing and authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach to prospective clients and respond to inquiries.
• Schedule and participate in virtual client appointments.
• Discuss clients’ coverage needs, priorities, and budgets.
• Explain available options, including costs, limitations, and policy features.
• Help clients complete applications and coordinate outstanding requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and protect confidential client information.
• Follow up with clients and support ongoing policy reviews.
• Participate in product training, mentorship, and team meetings.
• Follow applicable insurance regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage appointments and follow-up tasks in a remote setting.
• Comfort using video conferencing, email, and digital tools.
• A professional, client-focused approach.
• An active life insurance license, or willingness to obtain the required license before performing activities that require it.
• Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is helpful.
