MyRobustHome is a growing home services company based in North Georgia, and we’re hiring a fully remote Customer Service Representative.
You’ll be the friendly voice our homeowners hear: answering calls, texts and emails, keeping customers updated, scheduling appointments, and making sure every question gets a clear answer. We train you on the job.
What we’re looking for: warm and clear on the phone and in writing, organized, quick to learn, and comfortable using computers and AI tools. A computer, a quiet place to take calls, and reliable internet.
