Job Description
We are seeking an experienced MEP Design Engineer to support our villa renovation and fit-out projects in Dubai on a project-by-project basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) design drawings and layouts.
- Develop HVAC, electrical, lighting, water supply, and drainage designs.
- Ensure designs comply with UAE regulations and relevant authority requirements.
- Coordinate MEP designs with architectural and interior design drawings.
- Prepare technical specifications, load calculations, and BOQs when required.
- Provide technical support and design revisions throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in MEP design for residential villas, renovations, and fit-outs in Dubai.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant MEP design software.
- Strong understanding of UAE building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Engagement Type: Freelance / Project-Based (Not Full-Time)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Compensation: Agreed separately for each project based on scope and deliverables.
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
