The Candidate

  • A degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, Agri-Food Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Good knowledge of food safety, quality assurance, product specifications, hygiene and food labelling regulations.
  • Experience in product approval, change management and technical customer liaison.
  • Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
  • Fluency in French, including technical French, would be a strong advantage, although not essential.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK and to France when required.
  • Ability to work in the London office for up to three days per week, depending on business requirements and customer visits.
