Part-Time Operations Assistant — Social Media & Outreach Support (Remote)

RenderVibe (rendervibe.io) is a small, founder-led software business selling to realtors, brokerages, home stagers, photographers, and builders in the US and Canada. Our product turns ordinary real-estate listing photos into professionally staged renders. We work from written playbooks and are hiring one part-time operations assistant.

Duties:

• Set up, warm up, and operate social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube) for content personas, following a written playbook step by step

• Post approved content on schedule; log every action with live links

• Research real-estate businesses online; record publicly published contact details accurately, with the source page for every detail

• Send outreach messages using word-for-word scripts (personalize only the parts the script marks)

• Keep a tracking sheet perfectly up to date: every account, post, message, and reply

• Send a written end-of-day report every working day, with live links — including days when the numbers are zero

Requirements:

• Follows written instructions exactly; flags impossible steps immediately instead of improvising or skipping silently

• Reports honest numbers — if you did 18, you report 18

• Never guesses contact details — if a business has not published an email, the answer is “none”

• Strong written English; reliable internet; own computer; comfort with spreadsheets and Google Drive

• Social media management experience a plus; real-estate familiarity a plus

• Sales or outreach experience (cold outreach, lead generation, appointment-setting) is a strong plus and starts at the higher rate

Pay: $6/hour via Wise; $8/hour starting rate with proven sales/outreach experience. Start: second half of October 2026. Some posting/reply windows are tied to North American business hours — state in your application which hours (Philippine time) you can genuinely cover.

3. You need a business’s contact email. Their website has a contact form but no email address published anywhere, and no email on their social profiles either. What do you do? List what you would do and what you would not do.

4. Your end-of-day report says you sent 20 messages, but your breakdown by category adds up to 18. You notice this after sending the report. What do you do?

5. Rewrite this messy note as a clean 3-line status update: “so today i did the warmup for vanessa and sofia ig and tiktok, dre ig only because fb login problem again, posted vanessa reel, will fix fb tomorrow maybe.”

6. Which social platforms have you personally managed accounts on, and what happened the last time an account you managed got restricted, flagged, or locked? (If it has never happened, say so.)

7. Which hours can you actually work each week (Philippine time), and what other jobs or commitments do you currently have?

8. Describe any sales, outreach, or appointment-setting experience you have: what you sold or promoted, who you reached out to, roughly how many outreaches you handled in a typical week, and what results you got. If you have none, say so plainly — honesty here counts for more than experience.

Pay: Php29,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
