DEPUTY STORE MANAGER – Contemporary Womenswear Brand

Salary: £35,000 per annum

Position: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Deputy Store Manager to join a contemporary womenswear boutique in London.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will support the daily operations of the boutique, drive sales performance and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the boutique.
• Drive sales and achieve individual and store targets.
• Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support, coach and motivate the team.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Assist with stock management and daily operational duties.
• Take responsibility for the boutique in the Store Manager’s absence.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or Senior Sales role within fashion retail.
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive, hands-on approach and flexibility to work weekends.
