We are looking for a dependable Customer Service Representative, local to the Des Moines or surrounding area,to support insurance-related customer interactions in a remote role based in West Des Moines, Iowa. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who can manage several applications at once while providing attentive, accurate service. The role requires strong follow-through, precise data handling, and confidence communicating with customers across phone and email channels.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer communications professionally while resolving questions related to insurance information

• Update, verify, and research account details across multiple systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy

• Enter customer and policy information carefully to ensure records remain complete and up to date

• Navigate between several screens and applications efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience

• Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner and document interactions clearly

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume support environment

• Experience handling both inbound and outbound calls with a detail-focused and service-focused approach

• Strong data entry skills with a proven commitment to accuracy and detail

• Intermediate computer proficiency, including the ability to work across multiple screens and systems

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Ability to communicate clearly through phone and email correspondence
