About the Role

Perfect Timing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver responsive, accurate support to customers. In this role, you’ll help ensure every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, clarity, and care.

Success looks like resolving customer questions efficiently, maintaining high service standards, and consistently supporting a positive customer experience while collaborating with internal teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and other supported channels in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and scheduling based on established guidelines.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues by troubleshooting, clarifying needs, and offering appropriate next steps.
• Document customer interactions, outcomes, and follow-ups in the company’s customer service system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are communicated clearly and tracked to completion.
• Process customer requests such as scheduling, updates, and service-related information changes.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends to improve processes and service quality.
• Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards to ensure consistent service.
• Support team goals by meeting performance metrics related to responsiveness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role).
• Experience handling customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
• Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and data entry.
• Comfort using customer service tools such as ticketing systems, CRMs, or scheduling platforms.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain information clearly and respectfully.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet service expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and adapt to changing priorities.

Compensation: $23 – $26 / hour
