Senior Graphic Designer Responsibilities:

• Consult with internal clients to develop and communicate creative concepts and strategies.
• Collaborate with art directors, stakeholders, and cross-disciplinary teams to execute compelling design solutions.
• Lead design consultations, develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts aligned with business objectives.
• Mentor creative team members, providing constructive feedback to enhance project execution.
• Manage multiple projects by creating timelines and estimates to ensure delivery within time frames and budgets.

Senior Graphic Designer Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• Creative digital portfolio showcasing outstanding conceptual thinking and design skills, especially in social and paid media marketing campaigns.
• Five or more years of experience as a senior graphic designer with relevant social and paid media experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Ability to develop creative briefs, strategize, and lead ideation sessions with clients and colleagues .
