Graphic Designer & Video Editor

The Gupta Realty is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects, with the ability to create engaging visual content for real estate marketing and social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design professional social media posts, property creatives, banners, advertisements, and promotional graphics.
• Edit real estate videos, property walkthroughs, Instagram Reels, and promotional videos.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Add motion graphics, transitions, text animations, sound effects, and background music to videos.
• Maintain consistent branding and high-quality visual standards.
• Work with the marketing team to develop creative ideas for property promotions.

Required Skills:

• Canva: Must-have skill for graphic design and social media creatives.
• Adobe Premiere Pro: Must be proficient in professional video editing.
• Adobe After Effects: Must know motion graphics, text animation, and visual effects.
• Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and visual storytelling.
• Knowledge of social media content formats and current trends.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Freshers with strong practical skills and experienced candidates are welcome.
• A portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing work is preferred.
• Relevant degree or certification is an advantage but not mandatory if skills are strong.
