I’m recruiting a Senior Acquisitions Manager for an established, privately owned global digital marketplace business, operating across four European markets with millions of monthly users.

This is a high-impact opportunity to take ownership of customer acquisition, shape growth strategy and drive commercial performance in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment.

What we’re looking for:

• A proven background in customer acquisition, growth or digital marketing , ideally within a B2C, marketplace or consumer tech business.
• Broad expertise across paid and organic acquisition channels , including SEO, with an interest in AI and emerging search technologies.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning budgets, driving ROI and scaling customer growth.
• An analytical mindset, with expertise in conversion optimisation, experimentation and customer journeys.
• A strategic thinker who is equally comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing .
• Experience managing and developing a small team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you’ll have genuine ownership, senior leadership exposure and the opportunity to introduce new ideas that directly influence business growth.
