Senior FP&A Manager

The Role

You’ll lead the FP&A agenda across the group — partnering with senior leadership, sharpening financial insight and elevating planning, budgeting and forecasting processes. This is a role for someone who wants impact, pace and genuine influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Own group‑wide budgeting, forecasting and long‑range planning.
• Deliver sharp, commercial analysis that drives margin, cost and strategic decision‑making.
• Build and enhance FP&A models within Workday Adaptive or similar tools such as Anaplan
• Challenge and support senior stakeholders with clear, actionable insight.
• Lead continuous improvement across reporting, planning cycles and financial governance.
• Drive automation, standardisation and smarter analytics across the FP&A function.
• Mentor and develop analysts, raising capability and analytical discipline.
