The Eminence Designs is looking for a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Interior Designer / Architect to join our growing team in Pathankot. We are seeking professionals who can transform ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces while producing accurate technical drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative interior design concepts and space planning solutions.
• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renders.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors, and the site execution team.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure smooth project execution.
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
• Prepare presentation drawings and design proposals.
• Ensure projects are completed within timelines while maintaining design quality.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in:
• V-Ray
• 3ds Max
• SketchUp
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Photoshop
• Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
• Good understanding of interior materials, construction methods, and space planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing residential and/or commercial projects.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution and construction detailing.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the design team.
• Candidates with strong visualization and rendering skills will be preferred.
