AI Sales LLC (Idea N Technology) develops LeadsPipe, an AI-powered sales co-pilot designed for enterprise businesses and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) firms. The platform helps identify high-intent prospects, locate key decision-makers, uncover business challenges, forecast tenders before their announcement, and support proposal preparation.

The company is an early-stage, founder-led business serving clients in the United States, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, and other global markets. It is building its core engineering team to expand and scale its AI-powered platform.

About the Role

AI Sales LLC is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to serve as its first senior engineer and own the technical direction of LeadsPipe. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, you will transform a working product with more than 40 AI modules into a reliable, scalable platform while establishing engineering standards and leading the growth of the AI team.

This hands-on leadership role combines software architecture, machine learning, LLM engineering, product development, and team management. You will make key technology decisions, guide the technical roadmap, and help deliver production-ready AI capabilities to enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the architecture of LeadsPipe, including LLM services, AI agents, data pipelines, APIs, and frontend components.
• Design, develop, and deploy core AI models for lead scoring, deal-size and time-to-close prediction, prospect fit assessment, intent detection, and tender forecasting.
• Evaluate build-versus-buy decisions for LLM providers, vector databases, and data vendors while controlling cost per lead.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, monitoring, security controls, and data privacy practices suitable for enterprise clients.
• Recruit, mentor, and conduct code reviews for LLM, data, and full-stack engineers.
• Translate client needs and founder requirements into a clear technical roadmap and delivery plan.
• Guide the evolution of the platform from its current working product into a reliable, scalable production system.
• Work with the founder to protect the company’s intellectual property and support patent filings.
• Coordinate technical priorities and engineering practices as the team grows.

Required Qualifications

• At least six years of software engineering experience, including two or more years building production machine learning or LLM systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Working knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI agent frameworks.
• Experience taking a product from prototype to production and supporting real users.
• Ability to make architectural decisions and establish engineering standards.
• Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a small, fast-moving team.
• Comfort working in an early-stage company where priorities evolve and independent decision-making is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in B2B SaaS, sales technology, CRM platforms, or data enrichment.
• Experience with Supabase and vector databases such as pgvector or Pinecone.
• Familiarity with LLM evaluation tools and practices.
• Exposure to SOC 2 or GDPR compliance requirements.

Location and Work Arrangement

• Remote-first, full-time position.
• Location: United States, with San Francisco listed as a location.
• Flexible working hours, with some overlap with Gulf Standard Time (GST) in the UAE.
• Reports directly to the Founder and CEO.
