Job Description

1. Hiring across Software Development, Engineering, and QA roles spanning full-stack, mobile, DevOps, and automation testing tracks.
2. Hands-on expertise required in one or more stacks: Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, .NET/C#/ASP.NET Core, Python (Django/Flask), PHP/Laravel, Golang, C++, or Ruby on Rails.
3. Frontend proficiency expected in JavaScript/TypeScript with frameworks such as React.js, Angular, Vue.js, or Node.js.
4. Mobile developers with experience in Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), React Native, or Flutter are welcome across dedicated mobile tracks.
5. Strong database skills required relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) with ability to design, query, and optimise schemas.
6. Cloud platform experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential; familiarity with serverless, cloud-native architecture, or managed services is an advantage.
7. Proficiency in containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) expected at mid-to-senior level across engineering and DevOps roles.
8. CI/CD pipeline implementation, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum delivery practices are core requirements across all engineering positions.
9. QA/Automation Engineers must demonstrate experience with Selenium or equivalent frameworks, structured test plans, and defect lifecycle management.
10. Roles cover the full development lifecycle — architecture, build, testing, deployment, monitoring, and iterative optimisation.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Hands-on software development, engineering, or QA experience depending on the seniority level applied for.
2. Strong command of at least one primary language or framework with demonstrable end-to-end project delivery in a professional environment.
3. Experience working within Agile/Scrum teams with regular involvement in sprint planning, code reviews, and collaborative delivery workflows.
4. Cloud-aware or cloud-native development experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP; DevOps or infrastructure exposure is an added advantage.
5. For QA roles: proven experience with automated test suites, regression frameworks, and structured defect reporting is mandatory.
6. Must be eligible to work in the target country without employer-sponsored immigration or visa support.
7. Strong analytical thinking, clear written communication, and a collaborative problem-solving approach expected across all levels and roles.
