About The Role We are currently recruiting on behalf of a FTSE 100 housebuilder for two Full Stack Developers to join their expanding technology team. This role is fully remote and offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital platforms, customer-facing websites, and integrated web solutions. As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications that enhance the company’s digital presence. Your expertise will contribute to delivering modern content management systems, digital content platforms, and seamless integrations with enterprise systems.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical expertise and practical experience, including:

• Proven commercial experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, or Web Developer.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks and technologies such as React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Extensive experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL for data fetching and manipulation.
• Hands-on experience with Headless CMS platforms like Contentful, Sitecore XM Cloud, Contentstack, Builder.io, Strapi, Sanity, or similar.
• Understanding of content modeling, CMS configuration, and content delivery mechanisms.
• Experience working with Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, media libraries, or enterprise content systems.
• Knowledge of Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) and web performance optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in integrating CMS platforms with business systems and third-party services.
• Experience with cloud service providers such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Familiarity with modern development practices including Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using Next.js, Node.js, and React.
• Implementing and customizing Headless CMS solutions to meet business requirements.
• Integrating content platforms with enterprise systems and third-party APIs to enable seamless data flow.
• Optimizing web performance through CDN configurations, caching strategies, and code enhancements.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver innovative digital solutions.
• Participating in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, and maintaining high code quality.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of development workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
