About us
Silly Pixel Studio is a brand strategy and creative studio, founded in 2018. We work with D2C brands, funded startups, founders and premium brands across India, the UK and the Gulf. We’re a small remote team that uses AI every day but relies on its own thinking.
The role
You’ll own LinkedIn for the founders and brands we work with, from strategy and writing through to monthly growth. You’ll work directly with Ayushi, our founder, who has 14 years in brand strategy.
What you’ll do
- Build a LinkedIn strategy for each client: positioning, content pillars and a monthly plan
- Write hooks and posts in each client’s voice, and edit drafts until they sound like that person
- Fix profiles: headline, About section, Featured section and banner
- Track growth every month and report it plainly: what worked, what didn’t, and what changes next
- Run comment and engagement routines for client accounts
- Use AI to research and draft faster, then edit with your own judgement
- Handle client approvals over WhatsApp and email
Who you are
- 2+ years growing LinkedIn accounts, for founders, brands or yourself
- You can show before-and-after numbers for accounts you’ve worked on, and say exactly what your role was
- You write sharp English and can switch voice between a CEO and a first-time founder
- You read analytics and can explain why a post did or didn’t work
- You use AI daily and can show us a real prompt, workflow or template
- You’ll push back when a client wants to post something that will hurt their reach, and explain why
Good to have
- Personal branding experience with founders
- Experience writing for UK or Gulf audiences
- Basic Canva skills for carousels

- ₹2.4 to ₹3 LPA, fixed pay
