Flutter Developer Hiring Requirement
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Hyderabad / Coimbatore/Bangalore
Intial 3-6 Month Remote after it will Hybrid
Mandatory Skills
- Dart Must have
- Flutter Must have
- BLoC Architecture – Must have
- Web Designing – Mandatory
- Experience in developing Web Applications and Mobile Applications
Additional Requirement
- During the initial screening, specifically ask candidates whether they have worked on HR Products / HR-related applications, particularly from a product-design or development perspective.
- Please verify the candidate’s actual hands-on experience in web design and not just web development.
Screening Checklist
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on Flutter & Dart experience
- Good understanding of BLoC Architecture
- Experience with both Web and Mobile Applications
- Mandatory Web Designing experience
- HR Product / HR application experience – preferred
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on HR Products, HRMS, or HR-related applications.
- Product-based application design and development experience.
- Ability to build responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
